Seehotel Bellevue has stood on this shoreline since 1872 — originally the lakeside estate of Prince Johannes II of Liechtenstein. Over 150 years, the address has changed hands and character, but never its position on the water, or its role as a place worth arriving at.

The nearest stop is directly in front of the hotel on the main road. The bus goes to Zell am See Postplatz — a central stop in Zell am See near the post office/town centre, convenient for connections and walking into town.
Yes, pets are welcome for an additional fee (€15 per pet, each night of your stay). You can add a pet during the booking process, or email us after booking at booking@keyone.at.
The Guest Card and the Guest Mobility Ticket are included year-round. With these cards, you receive discounted admission to numerous attractions and events (especially in summer) and can use all public transportation free of charge.
